  • What documents are required to rent a car?
    You will only need your passport and a valid driver's license (with at least 2 years of driving experience). An International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required if your license is duplicated in Latin characters.
  • How do I pay for the rental?
    You can pay in cash upon receiving the car (in USD, GEL, or EUR) or via bank transfer. Booking through the website is free.
  • What is the minimum age to rent a car?
    We rent cars to drivers aged 21 and over. For certain business-class models, the age requirement may be increased to 23 or 25 years.
  • Can I get the car at Batumi Airport?
    Of course! We will deliver the car to your arrival free of charge. Delivery is also available to any address within the city or directly to your hotel.
  • Is a deposit required for the car?
    It depends on the car class. In rare cases, we may request a deposit. The standard deposit is $100. We return it as soon as the car is handed over, provided there is no new damage or fines.
  • Is there a mileage limit?
    We do not have a mileage limit within Georgia. Enjoy your trips from Batumi to Tbilisi or Kazbegi without any additional fees!
  • Is it possible to rent a car with a driver?
    Yes, you can rent a car both with a driver and without. All rates are discussed individually.
  • Territory of car use
    You can move freely throughout the territory of Georgia. It is important to note that traveling abroad, as well as entering temporarily occupied territories (Abkhazia and South Ossetia), is prohibited. Entering these zones is strictly forbidden by the terms of the contract.
  • What should I do in case of a road accident?
    It is mandatory to immediately call the police at 112 and contact us. Moving the vehicle in the event of a road accident is strictly prohibited.
  • Is the car returned with a full tank?
    Yes, we provide the car with a full tank. In exceptional cases, the fuel level is recorded during handover, and the car must be returned with the same amount of fuel.
  • Do I need to wash the car before returning it?
    We provide clean cars and ask you to return them in the same condition. If the car is very dirty and it prevents a proper inspection for damage, we recommend visiting a car wash. If you don't have time, you can pay a washing fee upon return according to our price list.
  • What should I do if I can't return the car on time?
    We understand that there may be traffic jams on the roads. The first hour of delay is free. In case of a longer delay, please notify us in advance. Each subsequent hour will be charged according to the rates specified in the contract.
  • Is smoking allowed in the car?
    Smoking any kind of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, or vapes is strictly prohibited in our cars. This allows us to keep the interior clean for every guest. The fine for violating this rule is 100 GEL.
  • What should I do if I spill coffee in the interior?
    If the dirt can be removed with a wet wipe, it's not a problem. If professional dry cleaning is required (stains on fabric, smell), the cost of the work is paid by the renter and starts from 300 GEL depending on the complexity.
